Discover the Strength, Balance & Focus Crystal Pick 'Em Stack, a 3-pack refill set designed to support individuals who enjoy 'extraction' and popping, or struggle with picking and pulling hair. This carefully curated set offers a healthy outlet for those dealing with skin picking and other body-focused repetitive behaviours.

The immersive experience involves focus, digging, resistance, satisfaction, and delight - perfect for mindfulness, regulation, and calming.

Each disc in the Strength, Balance & Focus Crystal Pick 'Em Stack features natural polished crystals that can be popped out, picked out with nails, or extracted using tweezers (not included). The stones can be repurposed for creative or decorative purposes. Squishing the pad is also quite satisfying, both with stones still in and after removal.

The set contains three discs, each with distinct threads and levels of 'pull':

  • Disc 1: Amazonite - Associated with awakening empathy and compassion. It is often called the "Stone of Courage" and some believe it promotes self-confidence, soothes the mind and body, and enhances communication skills.
  • Disc 2: Tiger’s Eye - Believed to be a stone of courage, protection, and focus. It is associated with grounding and enhancing physical strength, and promoting mental clarity and emotional balance.
  • Disc 3: Turquoise - Seen as a stone of balance, helping to harmonise mind, body, and spirit. It is often associated with protection & communication.

Silicone Pad size: 60mm x 10mm

Once removed, the stones, crystals, and shells can be used with the Put 'Em Clear Putty to create an alternate picking support tool, allowing you to reuse the contents.
