When will my order arrive?
Our courier partners aim for overnight delivery (next working day).
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day; orders after 1pm may be dispatched the next day.
You can track your parcel using the tracking number our delivery partners will send to you. See our Shipping Policy page for more information.
I placed my order, but I didn't receive an order confirmation email.
Sometimes there's a delay, but usually, it's instant. First, check your junk/spam folder (and Promotions tab if you're a Gmail user) as it might be there. If not, contact us and we'll resend it.
How do I find my tracking number?
You will receive your tracking number from our delivery partners when we dispatch your order. You can use it to track your parcel's progress. If you can't find your tracking number, contact us and we'll resend the tracking link.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it couriered?
If you're local to Whanganui, enter a Whanganui address and post code when placing your order, and we can arrange local delivery.
Where are you located?
We are based in Whanganui, New Zealand.
Will you include an invoice or receipt in my package?
No, we won't include any price details in our packages. We'll email your receipt to the email address you used to place your order.
If you require a tax invoice please contact us and we'll send one over.
Can I return my order or some items from it?
Yes, you can. Our returns process is easy and hassle-free. Just contact us within 14 days of placing your order and let us know if you want to exchange an item or receive a refund. See our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
Can I get a quote/invoice?
