Christmas Delivery Dates:

Well be sending orders daily right through the holiday period - but our courier partners are not operating on 1 January & 2 January 2026. Any orders made during this time will be sent on Monday 5 January 2026. Happy New Year!

Standard Delivery (Non-Rural)

  • Free for orders over $85.
  • Otherwise, $7.95 for orders under $85.
  • Sent via a tracked next-day courier service.

Rural Delivery

  • A discounted rate of $7.95 for orders over $85.
  • Otherwise, $12.95 for orders under $85.
  • Sent via a tracked courier service.

Please select the correct delivery option if you have a rural address to avoid delays with dispatch.

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within the Whanganui Urban Area, when shipping to a Whanganui post code.

Delivery Targets

We aim to deliver your order promptly and use overnight delivery services. 

Orders made before before 1pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. 

All items are in-stock ready for same-day dispatch (unless noted as a pre-order).

Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday. If you require a Saturday delivery please contact us and we are happy to provide an updated delivery cost.

Delivery Process

We use tracked courier services to ensure that your order can be tracked and delivered efficiently.

You will receive an email notification from our delivery partner confirming your parcel dispatch and tracking number. 

If you are not home to receive your order, the courier will leave it at your door or in your letterbox if it is safe to do so.

If there is no safe place to leave the parcel, the courier will leave a calling card with details on how to collect your order.

PO Box Deliveries

You can choose to have small parcels delivered to a PO Box address. However, if you have a physical address available, we strongly advise using this instead.

Please note that we are not liable for any parcels returned to us because the courier is unable to deliver to the specified PO Box.

Special Delivery Instructions

Please ensure that you double check your delivery information.

If you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know in the notes box during checkout.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details, we will happily resend it to an updated address, but an additional delivery charge will apply.

Incorrect Delivery Selection

Please select the correct delivery option for your address to avoid delays in dispatching your order.

If you cancel your order before it ships and you've selected an incorrect shipping option for your address, please note that we'll need to deduct any external payment fees we've incurred from your refund.
