The kit contains:
- Thread Pick 'Em Disc: Mimic the sensation of pulling out hair with this disc featuring polyester threads and Japanese nylon fishing line. The two materials provide different levels of resistance.
- Stone Pick 'Em Disc: Pop, pick, or extract polished natural stones from this disc with your nails or extract them with the tweezers.
- Tweezers: Two pairs of purpose-designed, stainless steel tweezers for precise extraction and manipulation. The tweezers have different shaped heads.
- Teal Spikeyring Silicone Picking Pad: A flexible, textured silicone pad for ongoing picking support and sensory input.

Includes everything to see if you like it. Harder than I thought to get stuff out of it which is a good thing. The silicone is soft but not too sticky. I like trialling the threads and the stones, each has their own vibe. Good to have two tweezer options too. The coloured pick pad is nice. I actually don't pick it, I rub my fingers down it, each side has a different feel.
