Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return period to ensure you are completely satisfied with your sensory products. 

Our returns process is simple and hassle-free. Simply contact us or log in to your customer account within 14 days of your purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

We will need to confirm the purchase date. 

Please note that unless the item is faulty, you will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.

All returned items must be unused/unopened, in their original packaging, and in excellent sellable condition to qualify for our 14-day return offer.

If the item does not arrive in this condition, we reserve the right to reject the return and will dispatch the item back to you after payment of the return delivery fee. 

When returning an item please ensure it is well-packaged and in clean, hygienic condition.

Once we've received the item and confirmed its condition, you will receive a refund via your original payment method.

If you choose an exchange, we will cover the cost of sending the new item to you. Add a note to your return request stating which items you wish to exchange.

Contact must be made before returning any items to us. 

Please Note:
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for aromatherapy sprays/oils and chewable products so please choose carefully.

Damaged/Faulty Items

We take care to select and package our products, but if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately using our contact form or chat with us via our website. 

We will provide a return form for you to outline the fault or damage. Once the return has been accepted, we will send a pre-paid courier bag for you to return the item at our expense. 

When returning an item please ensure it is well-packaged and in clean, hygienic condition.

Once we receive and inspect the item we will provide a replacement or refund via your original payment method.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by replying to your order confirmation email. We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before the order has been dispatched. Note: We dispatch items on a same day basis for orders received before 1pm on weekdays.

Please note: In the event of order cancellation, we will deduct any external payment processing fees (e.g., credit card or third-party payment gateway fees) we've incurred from your refund.
