To get the most out of your squishy, be gentle with it. Rough play, exposure to fingernails, teeth, or other sharp objects can cause damage. Even the things on your hands, like fluff, dirt, or hand sanitiser, can affect the material and cause it to become cloudy.
We only replace squishy products if they are faulty right out of the packaging. Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by use, is not covered under our replacement policy.
