Soft on the outside and filled with pliable memory gel, Gumps are designed to provide a satisfying squish with a slow rebound. The contained, gooey resistance delivers rich tactile feedback, making them easy to squeeze, compress, and fidget with during normal use.

Will my Gump break? While Gump is made to handle stress through squeezing and squishing, it’s not indestructible. To prolong its life, avoid poking, puncturing, or stretching it.
Warning! Discard if leak or rupture occurs. Contents should not be ingested.
Note: Squishy products are made of flexible, squishy, and stretchy materials, which means they have a limited lifespan. Eventually, they can burst. The lifespan of these products varies depending on how you use them - some might last only an hour, while others can last a week or even a year.
To get the most out of your squishy, be gentle with it. Rough play, exposure to fingernails, teeth, or other sharp objects can cause damage. Even the things on your hands, like fluff, dirt, or hand sanitiser, can affect the material and cause it to become cloudy. This is a normal reaction to use and is not considered a product defect.
We only replace squishy products if they are faulty right out of the packaging. Normal wear and tear, discolouration or damage caused by use, is not covered under our replacement policy.

Your Gump might get sticky over time but it's easy to restore to it's original, super soft state:
Rinse it off with water to remove any dust/hair/etc.
Dry it with a microfibre or paper towel.
Lightly dust it with a bit of corn starch.
Remove any excess corn starch with a microfibre towel and you're good to go!
